We can drop a short and sweet line here and there (I ran 4 miles or I went to a Hatha yoga class today or I am exhausted and hung-over and pissed off at the world so I took a bath) as a way to simply say "I did it" to ourselves and to one another.
But more importantly we should also use this space to explore what it means to be a BAD ASS GIRL who takes care of her bod, her mind, her heart, and her soul. It doesn't just have to be a place to track workouts. We can discuss skin care, share recipes, etc etc.
